Develop and support pricing and market access strategies to ensure best reimbursement results.
Contribute to the implementation and execution of the ‘go to market’ strategy for the speciality brands growing portfolio.
Proactively participate in positioning the company as both a remarkable NCE and Gx player.
The Role
Design and execute market access strategies for new launches and existing products.
Prepare and submit pricing and reimbursement dossiers to relevant health authorities.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial teams to align access strategies.
Participate in cross‑functional meetings and provide input on access‑related topics.
Support the organization of advisory boards, payer interactions, and stakeholder mapping.
Contribute to the development of value materials and negotiation arguments for national and regional payer discussions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders (health authorities, payers, hospital pharmacists, KOLs, etc.).
Track changes in healthcare policies, regulatory environment, and market trends that may impact product access.
Support responses to health authority inquiries and requirements.

Key
High Spanish level (written and spoken)
High English level (written and spoken)
Knowledge of reimbursement processes and health technology assessment (HTA).
Experience preparing value dossiers and engaging in payer negotiations.
Knowledge of main access pathways for innovative products at regional and/or hospital level.
Knowledge of Spanish pricing regulation law.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks.
Analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
Advanced Catalan level (written and spoken).
IMS data analysis skills.
Valuable knowledge of the generics market.
At least 2 years of expertise in market access/pricing within the pharmaceutical industry and/or consultancy agencies.
Bioscience (Biology, Biotechnology,…) graduate and postgraduate in pharmaceutical industry (or similar).
