About
The Role We are seeking an Investigator Contracts Lead II (ICL II) to join our FSP Clinical Operations team in Spain. This role also includes managing the Per-Subject Cost (PSC) process for assigned studies, managing escalation and resolution for budget and non-legal term issues from other ICLs or preferred Contract Research Organizations (pCROs), and collaborating with other lines to plan site contracting timelines through start-up.

With diverse teams and continuous learning opportunities, the Investigator Contracts Lead II can deepen expertise and expand influence across global clinical research operations.

Lead other ICL, pCRO, and FSP negotiators in achieving study goals with moderate support from site contracting team leads
Partner with Legal, Finance, pCRO, and other divisions to manage escalations and identify areas of improvement in the site contracting space
Lead and develop relationships with key investigational sites and Site Management Organizations (SMOs) across the contracting and budgeting interface
Collaborate with invoicing specialists and/or invoice service providers to ensure alignment with investigative site contracting and compensation requirements

Maintain working knowledge of and comply with Parexel processes, ICH-GCPs, and other applicable requirements
