As a Senior Digital Campaign Specialist
, you will play a key role in driving our digital communication strategy and strengthening our global brand presence. This position is an opportunity to make a real impact—designing and executing campaigns that connect with audiences, generate measurable results, and support our mission of delivering innovative solutions to customers worldwide.
You will lead the development of multichannel campaigns across paid and organic platforms, leveraging advanced analytics and data‑driven insights to optimize performance. From A/B testing and funnel optimization to automation and growth strategies, you will be empowered to innovate and set new standards for excellence.
How you will make an impact
Design and execute digital campaign strategies across paid and organic platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In Ads, programmatic, etc.).
Manage end‑to‑end projects, from briefing to optimization and reporting.
Analyze metrics and KPIs to ensure performance and ROI, using dashboards and advanced analytics tools.
Develop engaging and relevant content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and paid campaigns.
Implement growth marketing strategies, including A/B testing, funnel optimization, and automation.
Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure communication consistency and a seamless customer experience.
Stay up to date with digital trends, proposing innovations and continuous improvements.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing and multichannel campaign management.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Linked In Campaign Manager, Hub Spot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Data Studio).
Experience in SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
Knowledge of growth marketing strategies and funnel optimization.
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for content creation.
Ability to manage digital budgets and optimize ad spend.
Proven ability to lead projects and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
Experience with international campaigns and advanced audience segmentation.
Strong presentation skills to deliver results and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
