** How you will make an impact
*** Design and execute digital campaign strategies across paid and organic platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In Ads, programmatic, etc.).
* Manage end-to-end projects, from briefing to optimization and reporting.
* Analyze metrics and KPIs to ensure performance and ROI, using dashboards and advanced analytics tools.
* Develop engaging and relevant content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and paid campaigns.
* Implement growth marketing strategies, including A/B testing, funnel optimization, and automation.
* Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure communication consistency and a seamless customer experience.
* Stay up to date with digital trends, proposing innovations and continuous improvements.##
** Your background
*** Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing and multichannel campaign management.
* Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Linked In Campaign Manager, Hub Spot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Data Studio).
* Experience in SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
* Knowledge of growth marketing strategies and funnel optimization.
* Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for content creation.
* Ability to manage digital budgets and optimize ad spend.
* Proven ability to lead projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
* Experience with international campaigns and advanced audience segmentation.
* Strong presentation skills to deliver results and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
