In our team, you will support the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of critical cybersecurity infrastructures such as firewalls, IPS, WAF, EDR, and SIEM platforms
. You will be responsible for executing operational tasks, reviewing security events, and performing basic change management, while collaborating with other security teams.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and operating security platforms.
• Providing technical support.
• Managing and performing preventive maintenance of infrastructures.
• Supporting deployments and controlled changes.
• Documenting and logging activities.

For this position, we are looking for SOC operators with varying levels of expertise, who can support the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of critical cybersecurity infrastructures such as firewalls, IPS, WAF, EDR, and SIEM platforms.

Previous experience and knowledge in the following areas will also be valued:

• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VPN, NAT, network architecture).
• Perimeter security (firewalls, proxies, IDS/IPS).
• Basic operational knowledge of security technologies such as:
  • Firewalls (Fortinet, Check Point, Palo Alto).
  • IPS/WAF (Imperva, Snort, etc.).
