A Senior IT Cybersecurity Specialist is needed to provide technical support to end customers. You will answer questions, resolve technical issues, and perform maintenance on the company's security equipment and servers. In addition, you will implement new projects.
Duties
Serve as the right-hand man to the Head of Cybersecurity, contributing to the development and execution of the company's security strategy.
Lead the identification, assessment and mitigation of cybersecurity risks.
Design, implement and manage security policies, standards and best practices across the organisation.
Provide advanced technical support for incident detection, response and recovery.
Conduct security audits, penetration testing and vulnerability assessments to identify weaknesses and ensure compliance.
Monitor and enhance firewall, NAC, SIEM, EDR/XDR/NDR, CASB and ZTNA solutions.
Monitor and analyse security events, logs and network traffic to detect potential threats.
- Develop and execute incident response plans and cybersecurity training programmes.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory frameworks.
Manage and enhance security in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
Qualifications
Academics:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field.
English:
Level B2 or higher
It will be an asset:
Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP or similar.
Professional Experience
5+ years of experience in cyber security positions, preferably in security operations, risk management or security architecture.
Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems (IDS/IPS), VPN and endpoint security solutions.
Experience with SIEM, EDR, NDR and XDR technologies for advanced threat detection and response.
Experience with identity and access management (IAM), Zero Trust security models and vulnerability management.
Experience working with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, RGPD, etc.).
Proficient in Windows, Linux and virtualisation environments.
Knowledge of scripting and automation (Python, Power Shell, Ansible).
Experience leading cybersecurity projects and incident response teams.
Strong problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure during security incidents.
Experience in cloud security (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Knowledge of Dev Sec Ops and secure software development practices.
Salary range
According to experience but starting from 45.000 €.
