What you’ll do

We are looking for a Strategic & Service Designer to join us. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary and talented team from marketing and communication to UX, branding, strategy, and analytics.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Work in the conceptualization, strategy, and design process of products or services, collaborating with other internal design teams and client teams.

Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams with professionals from both Tangity and NTT DATA: digital product design teams, business teams, technological teams, digital agencies, etc., to provide comprehensive solutions.

Participate in client sessions for analysis, co-creation, idea generation, conceptualization of value propositions and services, prototyping, initiative prioritization, and road mapping.

Collaborate in the creation of value propositions, design principles, services, and business models.

Solve problems with natural analytical and innovative skills.

Define the roadmap for the designed product/service.

Participate in transferring the strategy and service design to digital product areas for implementation.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a strategic thinker with:

3 to 5 years of experience as a Strategic & Service Designer.

Proactive attitude, a desire to learn and grow, as well as the ability to guide team members towards strategic design and service methodology thinking.

Experience in service design, as well as related tools and methods: service ecosystem mapping (blueprints), customer journeys, value proposition & business model canvas, empathy map, and persona mapping, among others.

Experience in projects involving the creation of new digital products and services/companies or value propositions.

Experience in secondary research (benchmarking, trend detection).

Experience in primary qualitative research (interviews with stakeholders, users, and experts, mystery shopping, shadowing, etc.).

Ability to analyze and articulate insights and opportunity territories.

Verbal communication skills, presentation, and facilitation of workshops.

Good level of English, both spoken and written.
