5-10+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on SEM and CRO.
Essential:
Noted experience with marketing analytics and measurement
- Big Query and or SQL knowledge preferredExtensive experience managing complex multi‑market and multi‑language campaigns.
Solid experience with execution, running and optimising campaigns, and being laser‑focused on hitting KPIs.
Experience with business models involving long and complex conversion journeys with multiple levels of qualification and KPIs.
Organised and structured, with the ability to react quickly to business change.
Extensive paid search and social experience across ad platforms Google, Microsoft, Meta, Tik Tok, You Tube is a requirement, with programmatic media experience across display and video a nice to have. You have hands‑on channel experience, especially at the technical and data level.
Hands‑on experience with CRO, experimentation tools, and performance analytics.
Ability to think short and long term: we need to deliver today while having the vision and commitment to develop our performance marketing capabilities for tomorrow.

We are seeking a data‑driven, creatively minded Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our paid digital growth efforts. This role is responsible for scaling and refining our paid marketing acquisition strategy and driving continuous improvements in conversion rate optimization (CRO) across our digital experience. You will partner closely with our SEO Manager, Marketing Managers and Product teams to implement high-impact campaigns, run experiments, and unlock new growth opportunities
Key Responsibilities
Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
Lead strategy and hands‑on management of SEM campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and relevant search networks.
Oversee keyword research, account structure, bidding strategies, and continuous optimization.
Develop compelling ad copy and extensions aligned with user intent and funnel stage.
Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve CTR, Quality Score, and ROAS.
Monitor competitive landscape and search trends to identify new opportunities.
Paid Social Strategy & Execution
Develop, execute, and scale paid social marketing strategies across channels such as Meta, Tik Tok, Linked In, X, and emerging platforms.
Plan and manage campaign budgets, pacing, and forecasting to achieve acquisition and revenue targets.
Build and test creative variations, messaging frameworks, and audience segments to maximize performance.
Stay on top of platform best practices, algorithm updates, and new ad formats to continually improve results.
Analytics & Performance Management
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Tik Tok Ads Manager, Looker, etc.).
