We are expanding our corporate IT teams to take on IT infrastructure projects.

In our Worldwide IT team you will provide support to our users and their projects' IT infrastructure. In this international team, your main tasks will be:

• Support our users through technical help desk
• Installation and configuration of hardware IT equipment
• Installation and configuration of software solutions (virtual machines, operating systems, antivirus, …)
• Troubleshoot issues spanning multiple systems and technologies

We are looking for an IT technician with background in IT support and interest in keeping growing as an IT expert. Main requirements are:

• Microsoft Administration:
  Experience and knowledge about Windows Domain (Azure & On‑premise), O365, Exchange Online, Windows 11 and troubleshooting (helpdesk)
• Hardware Environments:
  Experience and knowledge about rack‑mounting elements in a cabinet, installing and configuring different hardware components (servers, KVMs, switches, etc), designing hardware systems and cabling/labeling
• Linux Administration: (multiple distributions) Knowledge of the systems and Linux commands
• Virtual Environments:
  Knowledge of virtual machines and virtualization operating systems (mainly VMWare)
• Networking:
  Knowledge about network devices, how they work and troubleshooting network commands
• Availability to travel eventually
