** The Role
** We are looking for a
** Junior PR Account Executive
** to join our
** Associate Practice**—a proactive, curious and versatile communicator ready to grow in an agency environment and contribute from day one.

This role is ideal for a
** multidisciplinary profile
** who enjoys writing, working with media, analysing information, using AI tools and supporting client projects with energy, rigour and reliability.###
** What You’ll Do
*** Support media monitoring, reporting and basic data analysis, using AI tools to enhance quality and efficiency.
* Assist with media relations: maintaining media lists, supporting outreach, coordinating interviews and monitoring coverage.
* Draft and edit press materials, internal communications and briefing documents in
** English and Spanish**.
* Support account coordination, research, stakeholder mapping and day-to-day project management.
* Collaborate with EMEA and global teams in English on multi-market projects.###
** What You Bring
*** 1–2 years of experience in communications, PR, journalism or related fields.
* Fluency in
** English and Spanish**.
* Strong interest in
** AI and innovation in communications**.
* Good understanding of the
** Spanish media landscape**.
* High initiative, learning agility and strong organisational skills.
* Collaborative mindset and desire to grow within a global agency.
