** SAP Success Factors EC Lead Consultant – Employee Central Payroll & Time Tracking

* Location:

** Spain (remote)
* Lead SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll and Time Tracking project implementations, including Time Sheet and Time Off modules.
* Apply SAP Activate methodology to manage project phases and deliverables effectively.
* Collaborate with clients to define business processes and align them with system capabilities.
* Support pre-sales activities, including requirements gathering and solution presentations.
* Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication throughout the lifecycle.
* Oversee system configurations, testing, and issue resolution.
* Lead workshops and training sessions to enable client teams and end-users.
* Document project progress, change requests, and enhancement opportunities.
* 3 to 5 years of SAP Success Factors Employee Central experience, including Payroll, Time Sheet, Time Off, and Time Tracking.
* Proven track record as a Lead Consultant in SAP Success Factors implementations.
* Experience with SAP Activate methodology and project management principles.
* Involvement in pre-sales activities is highly desirable.
* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, HR, or a related field.
* SAP Success Factors certifications in EC Payroll, Time Tracking, or related modules are a plus.
* Strong communication skills and fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
* Ability to work collaboratively within virtual, cross-functional teams.
* Strong leadership and project management skills
