Solution Architect

At Winning Consulting, we are seeking a Solution Architect to be part of our dynamic team. This role involves working on an exciting project for one of our key clients in the banking sector in Madrid (hybrid).

• Lead solution design for projects covering client portals, APIs, Applications, and assisted digital tools.
• Translate reference architectures into implementation-ready blueprints with engineering leads and product owners.
• Bring hands‑on awareness of technologies such as React/Angular, micro‑frontends, REST/Graph
  
  QL APIs, microservices, and event‑driven integration.
• Contribute to client service automation, workflow design, and orchestration to enable self‑service and relational‑manager assisted journeys.
• Ensure security, scalability, and compliance with architecture and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with Client Data and Client Services streams to enable full integration of data and service capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to delivery teams; perform architecture reviews and ensure alignment with the Client Centricity roadmap.

• Mid‑senior: 8–12 years in solution or digital architecture roles within complex enterprise environments.
• Experience designing client service automation and digital workflow integration.
• Strong technical understanding of client‑centric solutions and technologies like React/Angular front‑end frameworks, REST/Graph
  
  QL APIs, microservices, and event‑driven architecture.
• Familiarity with Identity, user‑management, CI/CD, Cloud/Dev Ops, and API management platforms.
• Strong communication skills and ability to bridge business and technical delivery teams. Demonstrable analytical and organisational skills.
• Practical, hands‑on approach to ensuring architectural integrity through delivery.
