Project context
A leader in the Insurance sector is strengthening its enterprise integration capabilities and expanding the engineering support around the Mule Soft platform. You will contribute to the stability, performance, and operational excellence of the Mule Soft Anypoint Platform, ensuring consistent delivery and reliable operations across environments.
This role focuses on platform configuration, administration, security, and system-level activities within an international environment.

Goals and deliverablesMain Responsibilities & Key Activities
Operate, configure, and maintain the Mule Soft Anypoint Platform.
Deploy and support components such as gateways and platform services.
Provide daily operations support: troubleshooting, incident, problem, and change management.
Manage certificates, SSL, API security settings, and platform configurations.
Review logs, monitor platform health, and address performance issues proactively.
Perform Linux (Red Hat) system administration, patching, and environment upkeep.
Work with container platforms such as Open Shift for deployments and environment management.
Implement and maintain IaC and CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, ArgoCD, and Tekton/Kino.
Produce documentation and support technical activities across delivery cycles.
Collaborate with internal teams and external providers in an international environment.
Communicate complex technical information in a clear, structured way to different stakeholders.
Provide occasional support outside regular working hours when required.
Travel for short periods when needed to support project activities.
Experience Required
3–5 years of experience in platform engineering, integration infrastructure, or Mule Soft platform administration.
Strong background in operating production platforms, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
Experience with API gateway administration and security fundamentals.
Prior experience working with internal and external partners in international teams.
Proven experience with containers, automation, and Dev Ops practices.
Ability to communicate technical concepts simply and effectively.
Flexibility to work occasionally outside regular hours.
Availability for short-term travel if required.
Education
Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional path.
