Senior Database DevOps Engineer

Picsart is looking for a Senior Database Dev Ops Engineer to join the Dev Ops Database team and share our success. In this position, you will manage databases and search engines related infrastructure and services. If you have problem-solving skills and a solid knowledge base, ready to keep 24/7 availability in case of incidents if your presence is needed, we are ready to meet you.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure infrastructure in the cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Implement and manage all database (SQL and No
  
  SQL various databases) related infrastructure.
• Implement and manage all Search (Solr, Elastic Search, Open Search) related infrastructure.
• Implement and manage messaging system (Kafka) related infrastructure.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure best practices are followed for infrastructure and deployment.
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar relevant field
• At least 5 years as Dev Ops engineer or infrastructure engineer
• At least 3 years in database management (SQL and No
  
  SQL)
• In-depth experience in the networking field
• Experienced with Ansible and Terraform
• Familiar with various search system management (Solr, Elastic Search, Open Search) and Messaging system (Kafka-zookeeper, Rabbit
  
  MQ)
• Experienced with containerization (Docker, k8s on prem and cloud) as well as with datacenter and Cloud management (GCP, AWS)
• Familiar with Database backup-restore
• Team player and learning oriented
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
