We are looking for a Linux Systems Administrator with solid knowledge of No

SQL databases. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and maintaining Linux-based systems,
as well as administering No

SQL databases in high‑availability environments. Additionally, they should have strong customer service skills and the ability to efficiently resolve incidents.

• Administration and maintenance of Linux servers.
• Implementation, configuration, and optimization of No
  
  SQL databases such as Mongo
  
  DB, Apache Kafka, Cassandra, and Redis.
• Security management and system monitoring.
• Task automation using scripts and configuration tools.
• Diagnosis and resolution of issues in distributed infrastructures.
• Implementation of backup and data recovery strategies.
• Collaboration with development and operations teams to improve system performance and stability.
• Administration and maintenance of virtualization environments using Proxmox and VMware.
• Incident resolution and customer support, ensuring efficient response times and effective solutions.
• Focus on customer satisfaction through proactive and communicative technical support.

• Proven experience in Linux system administration (Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL, or similar).
• Advanced knowledge of No
  
  SQL databases:
  Mongo
  
  DB, Apache Kafka, Cassandra, and Redis.
• Experience in cloud infrastructure management.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, , nagios, etc.)
• Familiarity with containers and orchestrators (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience in high‑availability and scalable environments.
• Ability to diagnose performance issues and apply effective solutions.
• Experience in administration and virtualization with Proxmox and VMware.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in incident resolution and technical support.
