Asset Manager

We are looking for an Asset Owner / Application Manager to join our team for a multinational leader in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure end-to-end lifecycle management of applications, including maintenance, upgrades and decommissioning.
• Guarantee compliance with the Application Management Policy and related ITS policies (IT Security, Service Management, AD&M, SDLC).
• Perform formal self‑assessments and document results.
• Design and lead corrective action plans to close identified gaps.
• Ensure digital resilience aligned with regulations such as DORA.
• Participate in kick‑off sessions during pilot and rollout phases.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure technical alignment and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate progress, risks and needs to executive stakeholders.

Skills:

• Essential:
  Strong knowledge of application management and IT governance policies. Understanding of financial regulatory frameworks and digital resilience requirements. Capacity to lead projects and coordinate cross‑functional teams. Strong analytical skills to identify gaps and define corrective measures. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. English level B2 or above.
• Desirable:
  Experience in regulated industries, particularly financial services. Background in risk management or internal audit environments. Knowledge of DORA implementation frameworks.
