Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in data-informed decision-making and help the team grow through insights, experiments, and research
• Design and analyze A/B tests — from defining metrics and calculating sample sizes to interpreting results and tracking long-term impact
• Explore product metrics and user behavior to uncover patterns and turn them into actionable growth opportunities
• Support marketing, content, product and development teams by conducting ad hoc analysis
• Investigate how users interact with the product to identify friction points and suggest improvements in user experience

Requirements

• Knowledge of general-purpose programming language (e.g. Python)
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel
• Academic background in mathematics/ statistics/ computer science
• English Upper
  -Intermediate or higher
• Solid understanding of product metrics and how they interrelate
• Understanding of A/B testing methodologies
