What we look for?We are looking for Senior Service Now Engineer
, to contribute in a project with one of our global customer in wealth management. We are building a very strong team comprised of high caliber professionals that will work closely with the client’s IT and Business stakeholders to deliver impactful programs.

Work Location:
Work model in hybrid in Madrid (3 days at the office, 2 WFH), feel free to apply if you are also open to relocation!
Lead end-to-end design, development, and implementation of scalable Service Now solutions across multiple instances, with emphasis on core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management) and enterprise-wide integrations.
Develop and optimise custom applications, workflows, and automation using Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and Glide Ajax, ensuring alignment with ITIL v3/v4 best practices.
Integrate Service Now with external systems via REST/SOAP web services, MID Server, and Integration Hub, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange in compliance with audit and segregation‑of‑duties requirements.
What do we expect from you?Minimum of 7+ years of hands‑on Service Now development experience, with proven involvement in full lifecycle implementations.
Certification(s):
Certified Application Developer (CAD) and/or System Administrator
Understanding of ITIL v3/v4 frameworks and their practical application within Service Now.
Deep expertise in core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
Experience in additional modules considered advantageous, e. g. Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC)
