Responsibilities:

• Provide second-level support to ISP clients (troubleshooting, diagnostics, ticket handling).
• Investigate and resolve OSI Layer 2–3 issues across transmission and IP/MPLS networks.
• Act as an escalation point for L1 engineers, assisting with deeper analysis and issue resolution.
• Participate in network upgrades, changes, and new feature implementations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to drive timely issue resolution.
• Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, resolutions, and configuration changes.

Skills / Must Have:

• Strong hands-on experience with Huawei network infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of IP/MPLS networks and routing protocols.
• Ability to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Huawei MPLS systems.
• Experience resolving Layer 1–3 issues across large-scale networks.
• Fluent in Spanish or English
