As Senior Technical Product Manager, Integrations & Connectivity, you’ll lead Groupon’s strategy for integrating with merchant systems across our Local and Travel businesses. You’ll ensure our integrations are reliable, scalable, and cost-effective, and expand our API capabilities where they deliver real value. Working closely with engineering, partnerships, and operations, you will deliver solutions that work reliably in the real world—not just in theory.

This is a high-ownership, AI-first role critical to Groupon’s next phase, demanding structured thinking, sound prioritization, and a drive to make our platforms more stable, efficient, and ready for scale.

• Define and execute the integrations platform roadmap—striking the right balance between reliability, stability, and strategic growth.
• Identify and close technical gaps, using your expertise to challenge assumptions and validate improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering on API design, scalability, monitoring, versioning, and production‑grade alerting.
• Establish, track, and report success metrics (e.g., adoption, uptime, performance, and cost to serve). Lead data‑driven tradeoff decisions.
• Partner with Sales and Operations to ensure merchant integration remains technically feasible, reliable, and scalable.
• Uphold architectural consistency—preventing fragmentation and bespoke, one‑off solutions.
• Drive the full lifecycle for technical partner integration: onboarding, certification, upgrades, deprecations, and offboarding.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation to enable quick partner onboarding and effective self‑service integration.

• 5+ years’ product management experience on technical platforms (APIs, complex backend systems, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and backend architecture
• Experience using AI or analytics to improve technical platform operations or monitoring
• Experience partnering with engineering on technical roadmap decisions and tradeoffs
• Excellent English communication skills—written and verbal
• High accountability and structured problem‑solving; comfortable working through ambiguity and changing priorities

• Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or travel platforms
• Familiarity with merchant‑ or partner‑facing APIs
• Experience working across global markets (US/UK/EU)

• Integration platform reliability, efficiency, and capabilities improve quarter over quarter
• Operational costs grow more slowly than platform scale
• New commercial commitments are technically feasible and stable
• Standard processes reduce firefighting and prevent ad‑hoc tech debt

• Product leaders who think structurally, take ownership, and can drive change in demanding, constantly evolving settings—especially those eager to apply AI to real operational challenges.
