Ready to lead the strategy that transforms traditional marketing into personalized customer journeys across every channel? As Customer Experience Partner, you'll be at the heart of our Customer Engagement transformation—moving from traditional approaches to a personalized, omnichannel strategy that puts customers first. You'll drive digital innovation while leading new ways of working that seamlessly connect different engagement touchpoints to elevate the entire customer experience.

Your responsibilities
  • Developing and maintaining end-to-end customer journey maps and a content calendar that identify key touchpoints, pain points, and opportunities across digital and in-person channels
  • Designing and overseeing a customer-centric content strategy that delivers the right message at the right time through the right channel with measurable impact.
  • Partnering with Marketing, Sales, Medical, and Business Technology Solutions teams to create and execute integrated, customer-focused campaigns
  • Ensure seamless integration between digital and field engagements to deliver a cohesive and value driven customer experience.
  • Drive change management and train teams on customer journey mapping tools and omnichannel best practices.
  • Collaborate with Data & Insights teams to guide omnichannel initiatives and enhance customer journeys using predictive analytics and segmentation.
Your new department

Within the Spain affiliate, you'll be part of the Customer Engagement function—a dynamic team at the forefront of transforming how we connect with healthcare professionals, payers, and patients. This team is dedicated to staying ahead of market trends and external innovation opportunities, ensuring we remain at the forefront of customer engagement while delivering seamless, value-driven experiences.

Your skills & qualifications
  • A degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience within customer engagement / digital marketing / commercial transformation functions with proven experience in designing and delivering impactful omnichannel and customer experience strategies.
  • A strong understanding of the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is required for this position, including experience in a multinational matrix organization.
  • Robust experience driving Digital Transformation, with a track record of leading change management and ensuring smooth adoption.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).

As a person, you demonstrate strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, challenge, and gain consensus across varied teams. You have an analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills, using and evaluating market and customer data to maximize business opportunities and customer experience.
