For a major multinational company that is Global leader in its sector We are looking for a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Functional Consultant to strengthen the business applications ecosystem and support the commercial and operational teams worldwide.
As a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Functional Consultant
, you will play a key role in the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Business Applications across global operations. You will work closely with stakeholders from Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, and IT to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions that enhance productivity and customer experience.
- Work with business and technical stakeholders to define product direction and technology capabilities.
- Design, deliver, and govern end-to-end solutions using Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Lead functional streams within enterprise projects to ensure integrated and high-quality delivery.
- Translate business requirements into efficient and scalable system designs.
- Configure and customise Dynamics 365, including forms, workflows, business rules, and process automation.
- Implement best-practice low-code and no-code solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
- Deliver workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions for end users and managers.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners in complex, multinational projects.
- Support pre-sales, internal initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.
- Contribute to documentation, standards, and knowledge sharing.
- 5+ years’ experience as a Functional Consultant or Solution Architect with Dynamics 365.
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Sales, and Customer Service.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering enterprise-scale CRM solutions.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Full project lifecycle experience, including estimation, planning, and delivery.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience working in international or multi-site environments.
- Dynamics 365 for Sales
- Dynamics 365 for Customer Service
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with ERP, BI, and third-party systems.
- Knowledge of Azure integration services and cloud architecture.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 functional certifications.
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or B2B environments.
- Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- English
- Professional Working Proficiency (B2/C1)
- Salary Range: 42k/58k (according to the experience provided)
