Join LIEBHERR, a global leader in engineering and manufacturing, as we advance our digital transformation journey. We are looking for a motivated Solution Architect – Microsoft Dynamics CRM (m/f/d) to play a key role in our newly established Digital Center in Madrid.
In this role, you will own and shape the global Microsoft Dynamics CRM template of Liebherr’s global S/4
HANA template for our Sales and Service companies (“Mixed Sales Companies”).
You will drive the design of standardized, scalable, and customer-centric CRM solutions, promoting global harmonization, best practices, and a template-first approach across entities. You will be part of an international, cross-functional team that values innovation, methodology and long-term thinking, making a direct impact on how Liebherr engages with customers globally.
The working location for this position will be in Madrid city where we are currently setting up a new office. We operate a hybrid model, requiring at least 40% of the working time on-site.
- Own the end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution architecture within Liebherr’s global template, ensuring consistency, scalability and governance.
- Design and govern global template solutions across CRM capabilities such as:
Lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-order processes, Account and contact management, Customer lifecycle management, Installed base and asset-related customer views, Case and complaint management, Sales pipeline and activity management. - Translate complex business and statutory requirements from multiple countries and divisions into harmonized, standard CRM solutions minimizing custom development and ensuring a configuration-first approach.
- Lead and facilitate global design workshops with sales, customer services, and after-sales stakeholders.
- Design and govern the integration between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and SAP S/4
HANA (SD, Service, Finance), Microsoft Dynamics Field Service, Installed base and asset data, and Marketing or digital platforms where relevant. - Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing expert guidance across all project phases:
Design, realization, testing, cutover, go-live and post go-live stabilization. - Contribute to change management activities, ensuring adoption of new processes and CRM solution.
- Support the creation of solution documentation leveraging tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Collaborate closely with an international, cross-functional team to deliver high quality, scalable solutions that support our global growth.
- Travel (up to 30%) to Liebherr sites worldwide to engage directly with business teams and support deployments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, including large-scale implementations.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Lead consultant in Microsoft Dynamics CRM programs or template-based rollouts.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and service processes, ideally in industrial or equipment related industries.
- Deep expertise in Dynamics CRM capabilities, including Sales and customer engagement modules, Case and Service Management, and Platform configuration and customization.
- Experience designing and governing global CRM templates across multiple countries and legal entities. Experience integrating CRM platforms with ERP systems in complex B2B environments is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze business challenges and translate them into CRM solutions that drive efficiency and value.
- Familiar with JIRA and Confluence (or similar tools) for task management and team collaboration.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
