As a Tech Support Service Specialist at Parser, you will be responsible for powering the IT support solutions that help the company and its clients.

• Developing workflows to automate business processes.
• Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems.
• Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement.
• Developing and implementing IT policies and best practice guides for the organisation.
• Designing training programs and workshops for the internal staff.
• Conducting regular system audits.
• Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff.
• Participating in major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations, outages and implementations.

• 5+ years of IT system administration experience.
• 5+ years of Support and Infrastructure experience.
• Experience with or knowledge of programming languages and operating systems (MacOS, Linux and other Windows-based systems), current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring.
• Expertise in implementing, configuring, and testing solutions.
• Knowledge in cloud computing (GSuite Administration, Azure Administration).
• Slack Administration.
• Linux/macOS/Windows 10 advanced administration knowledge.
• Networking intermediate knowledge.
• Scripting (Bash/Powershell).
• ITIL or similar industry best practices knowledge.
• Proven technical and support skills.
• Strong creative and analytical thinking.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective relationships with peers and leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Hybrid work model (2 days on-site) at Madrid or Barcelona Parser’s Office.

Only considering candidates based in Madrid or Barcelona.

Hybrid work model: 2 or 3 days at the office per week.
