IT Project Manager - 6+ months

Global Enterprise Partners is supporting a major fashion client in Madrid and looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of digital and omnichannel initiatives within a fast-paced international retail environment.

Working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners, you will play a key role in enhancing digital customer journeys and driving the evolution of the company's eCommerce ecosystem.

• Lead technology initiatives that improve customer engagement across digital and retail channels.
• Act as the key link between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners, ensuring successful project execution.
• Drive planning, delivery, and adoption of business-critical digital solutions within a complex international environment.
• Support the evolution of customer-facing platforms and connected business systems.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and leverage emerging technologies.
• Provide visibility to stakeholders through effective reporting, risk management, and governance.

• Proven experience managing technology projects in digital, eCommerce, omnichannel, or customer-centric environments.
• Strong understanding of how digital platforms connect with broader business functions and customer journeys.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments and coordinating diverse stakeholder groups.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on project execution.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Experience working with enterprise-scale digital platforms and third-party technology partners.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence is beneficial.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.
