Through our portfolio of communications and connectivity solutions, we focus on solving business challenges and adapting to regulatory changes in the fast-paced global financial markets. This enables our clients to maintain consistent market access, a strong competitive advantage, and enhanced operational efficiency.

Overview of the Team

The IT Support team, based in New York, Madrid, and Kuala Lumpur, provides advanced technical support to internal users across the global organization. Serving as the primary escalation point for complex issues, the team delivers effective troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and timely resolution through close collaboration with internal IT teams and external vendors. This role will contribute specialist systems administration expertise while collaborating with regional colleagues, global IT teams, and external vendors to improve platform stability, standardisation, automation, and the overall employee technology experience.

Role Overview :

Working with global IT teams and vendors, the role improves system reliability, security, compliance, automation, and the employee technology experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of complex escalations from diagnosis through resolution, coordinating with regional support teams, specialist IT functions, and vendors to restore service quickly and prevent recurrence.
  • Diagnose, configure, and support operating systems, endpoint applications, hardware, peripherals, and related employee technology across a global environment.
  • Identify recurring issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement durable fixes that improve service reliability and reduce disruption.
  • Coordinate device repair, replacement, and upgrade activities with approved vendors, maintaining clear ownership and communication throughout.
  • Maintain accurate incident records, runbooks, troubleshooting guidance, and user-facing knowledge content that strengthens self-service and team capability.
  • Administer and optimize enterprise SaaS platforms, including Microsoft 365, Mimecast, Atlassian, and other business-critical services, with accountability for availability, configuration, and supportability.
  • Manage user provisioning, licensing, permissions, and access changes accurately and efficiently across the employee lifecycle.
  • Partner with Security and global IT teams to maintain role-based and least-privilege access, MFA, conditional access, data protection, and identity governance controls.
  • Design and automate reliable onboarding, offboarding, and access-change workflows using platform capabilities and scripting, with appropriate approvals and audit trails.
  • Own the lifecycle of third-party software---from assessment and approval through deployment, patching, renewal, compliance monitoring, and retirement.
  • Administer application deployment, configuration, updates, and compliance across laptops and mobile devices, supporting secure and consistent endpoint standards.
  • Maintain accurate software inventory and licence data, and operate a clear, auditable process for requesting, approving, deploying, and tracking…
