Head of Global IDT

Are you a visionary IT & Digital leader with a passion for driving transformation in complex, multi-country environments? ADAMA is looking for an EAME Information Technologies & Digital Lead to shape and execute end-to-end technology and digital strategy across the region while contributing to our global IT&D vision.

As a core member of ADAMA’s global IT&D Leadership Team, you will serve as the primary technology and digital partner to EAME business leadership. You will ensure global platforms, standards, and transformation programs are delivered effectively, while aligning regional priorities, regulatory requirements, and growth objectives. This role blends strategic leadership, operational excellence, and people development, with the goal of driving measurable business outcomes through technology, digital innovation, and data-driven enablement.

• Act as senior IT&D partner to EAME leadership, translating business priorities into actionable technology and digital roadmaps.
• Shape and execute regional strategies aligned with ADAMA’s global IT&D vision.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of IT&D services, including ERP, applications, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, and end-user services.
• Lead digital and technology transformation programs, ensuring adoption, benefits realization, and modernization across markets.
• Manage the EAME IT budget, portfolio governance, and investment prioritization.
• Inspire, develop, and lead high-performing EAME IT&D teams, building capabilities and future leaders.

• 5+ years of IT leadership in large, global, matrixed organizations.
• Proven experience leading multi-country IT organizations with operational accountability.
• Strong record delivering large-scale transformation programs and global rollouts.
• Broad expertise across applications, ERP, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and digital platforms.
• Ability to influence and partner with senior business leaders, balancing global governance with regional needs.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing IT budgets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.
• Master’s degree in IT, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
