The Team Lead PT Insights & Data Delivery (Product Manager) is accountable for the entire product lifecycle, from initial ideation and strategic planning through to launch, scaling, and eventual retirement. This role is pivotal in transforming scientific and business needs into tangible, high-value technology solutions. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the overarching goals of our organization and ultimately accelerates the delivery of life-changing diagnostics and medicines to patients.

This role demands a distinctive combination of scientific inquisitiveness, technical proficiency, and business insight to successfully navigate the landscape.

Your primary objective is to lead engineering and service teams building desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable products that meet the evolving needs of our internal users while maintaining strict compliance with relevant industry standards.

Description of The Area

PT Insights and Data Delivery focuses on the reliable delivery of high quality data combined with the use of data in analytics solutions for both existing and anticipatory business needs with a cross-functional scope and mandate.

The role will lead a team of over 20 people to bring the following key benefits to PT:

• Reusable and scalable systems that are efficiently operated

• Reliable and high quality delivery of core manufacturing, supply chain and quality data Development and support of FAIR data pipelines and data products across PT
• Efficient and reliable Data Ops
• Brings together information from multiple systems, so that interdependencies between data can be managed and resolved

Your Responsibilities

• Strategy & Vision
  Accountable for setting the direction for a product and ensuring that it achieves defined outcomes and financial objectives. Defines product strategy, roadmap, and features aligned with business goals, user needs and organisational policies. Proactively integrate relevant AI capabilities into the product roadmap. Define, track, and communicate relevant KPIs for the product to measure its performance and contribution to business goals and strategy.
