IT Project Manager

We are currently growing and looking for an IT Project Manager to join an international technology project focused on IT project delivery, coordination and continuous improvement.

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate technology projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timelines and budget.

You will work closely with business and IT teams, managing project planning, risks, stakeholders and deliverables in an international environment.

• Plan, coordinate and oversee IT projects
  , ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

• Manage project schedules, resources, budgets and key milestones.

• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate progress to stakeholders.

• Translate business requirements into technical project objectives.

• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business expectations.

• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.

• 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management

• Proven experience managing projects from planning to delivery.

• Strong knowledge of Waterfall project management methodologies
  .

• Experience with project management tools, budgeting and risk management.

• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, systems and applications
  .

• Experience coordinating technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field
  .

• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish – mandatory.

• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services sector
  .

• PMP certification or equivalent.

• Experience managing complex projects in international environments.

• Knowledge of Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
