As the Air Traffic Services (ATS) provider for several units in the   Canary Islands   , we are looking for experienced ATCOs to join our team.

Your Mission / What You’ll Do     Provide Aerodrome / Tower ATS   , managing arrivals, departures, and ground movements in accordance with applicable procedures and separation minima.
Monitor traffic, weather, and the overall operational picture   , maintaining high situational awareness and anticipating potential conflicts in a dynamic airspace.
Maintain continuous radio watch  on assigned frequencies, using clear, concise RTF and approved ICAO phraseology at all times.
Apply Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)  , contingency, and emergency procedures for system failures, degraded operations, and adverse weather.
Coordinate with adjacent ATS units (e.g., ACC Canarias / APP)  , airport operations, handling, and emergency services to ensure safe and predictable operations.
Complete operational logs and safety reports  accurately and on time, contributing to the data-driven safety culture.
Support the Safety Management System (SMS) by identifying hazards and participating in operational improvement activities.
What You Bring     Valid Air Traffic Controller License  issued by an EASA-compliant authority.
Valid Aerodrome / Tower ratings (ADI/ADV) and associated endorsements.
Valid ATCO Class 3 Medical Certificate  in accordance with European requirements.
Language Proficiency:  ICAO English Level 4 or higher;
fluency in Spanish  is essential for coordination with national stakeholders and local airport services.

Experience:

Ideally 1–2+ years of experience as a tower controller. Experience in mixed-traffic environments (commercial, turboprops, general aviation, and flight schools) is highly valued.
Safety Mindset:  A rigorous approach to procedures in a highly regulated and audited environment.

Skills:

Excellent concentration, sound decision-making under pressure, and a team-oriented attitude for small, multidisciplinary tower environments.
EU Eligibility:  Eligibility to work in the European Union is required.
