** Tätigkeitsbeschreibung:
*** Management of air cargo shipments from start to finish, meeting customer needs and company policies.
* Coordination with airlines, handling agents, suppliers, carriers, and offices in the rest of the world.
* Coordination with other departments: customs, commercial and pricing.
* Negotiation of rates and spaces with airlines, carriers and suppliers in general.
* Track shipments, keeping systems correctly updated.
* Shipping billing management and control, including cost forecasting and control.
* You will work as a team with your colleagues from your center to achieve the company's objectives.

Qualification:

Baccalaureate, Intermediate/Higher Level Training Cycle. (Valuable training in Foreign Trade).
* 3 years of previous experience in the sector (air – freight forwarding) is essential.
* Experience in Cargowise C1 will be valued.
* Teamwork ability.
* Attention to detail, proactivity and autonomy.
* Ability to work under pressure by establishing priorities.
* Problem solving and ability to work autonomously.
* Sense of responsibility and integrity.
* Medium/high level of the English language is essential.
* Good use of office tools.
* Communication skills.
* Availability to work from: 09:00 – 17:30 from Monday to Friday
