Senior Warehouse Coordinator

Overall Objective

To support the delivery of goods to our customers through the efficient, safe and cost-effective transportation of freight.
To act autonomously and with minimal supervision

Responsabilities

Coordinate and/or plan inbound, outbound and return freight transportation
Utilise, where necessary, additional transport services to ensure the safe and customer service focused movement of freight (Air ride, lift gate, blanket-wrap)
Liaise and coordinate with relevant service providers and internal stakeholders regarding freight/deliveries including installation services
Be responsible for customs clearing and other transport regulatory compliance tasks (dangerous goods, environmental) including transport damage claims
Ensure adherence to transport service levels and KPIs
Support in in other supply chain tasks
Inventory management
Lead the coordination and participate in stock taking
Lead the coordination and participate in warehouse management functions including scrapping and OHSE
Liaise and coordinate with relevant service providers, internal stakeholders and customers as it relates to the movement of goods/deliveries

Competencies/Skills

Education:

Certificate in warehousing preferred

Work experience:

+3 business/people management experience
Supply Chain Management/Transport background preferred
SAP experience preferred
Skills & competencies required:

Good analytical skills
Good interpersonal and account management skills
Process and e2e thinking (well structured)
Good IT understanding (e.g. SAP, CRM, TMS)
Excel advance
English, Spanish and Portugues (highly appreciated)
Good communication skills to all organizational levels : tasks prioritize
Dual skill : communication with 3PL ( strength)/ customers (empathy)
