The part you’ll play
You will join us in our Madrid El Corte Inglés Corner as a Full-Time Client Advisor reporting directly to the Store Management. The position will start with a fixed-term contract, with the possibility of being made permanent based on performance and organizational needs.
Transform each client experience into magical moments, building authentic, long-term bonds with them
Lead by example on the selling floor to inspire both individual and team success, driving sales results with accountability
Demonstrate deep understanding of luxury clients’ desires, needs, and expectations
Innovate continuously by proposing fresh ideas to enhance client value and create memorable moments.
What you’ll bring
A caring, authentic, and trusted approach as a client advisor, with a genuine passion for style and luxury fashion.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle clients with empathy and put them at the centre of every decision.
Courage to share ideas and innovate, with a willingness to grow and learn.
Experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role.
Fluency in Spanish and English is essential ; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
At least 2 years of previous experience in the fashion/luxury retail
Ability to develop meaningful client relationships using CRM tools and initiatives.
A proactive and team-oriented mindset, ready to contribute to collective success.
