** by building rapport through open-ended questions, emphasizing product features and benefits, and skillfully overcoming customer objections.
* Adhere to all rental policies and procedures to ensure smooth and compliant transactions.
* Assist customers by identifying any additional services or products that may enhance their rental experience.
* Provide unmatched service excellence, ensuring full customer satisfaction at every stage of the rental process.
* Support branch operations by performing additional duties as requested by management.
