About the Opportunity:- We are seeking a hunter—a new business sales professional with proven experience selling software engineering projects. Ideally, you have sold into Finance accounts, but we welcome applications from candidates experienced in selling bespoke software development projects to other sectors.
- You will join a global digital consultancy with a strong engineering backbone and a people-first culture. With approximately 2,000 professionals across multiple continents, the organization partners with some of the world’s most recognizable brands to design and build future‑ready digital products and services.

You must have experience selling software development projects. - You’ll work in a collaborative, agile environment where technology, creativity, and business strategy intersect, helping enterprise clients transform how they engage customers, leverage data, and scale innovation.
- Drive new business development across sectors such as automotive & mobility, commerce, financial services, healthcare, and technology/media.
- Sell end‑to‑end software development and consulting solutions combining strategy, design, and engineering excellence.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling within existing accounts.
- Collaborate closely with delivery and technical teams to ensure solutions align with client needs.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the client portfolio through networking, industry events, partnerships, and targeted outreach.
- 5–10+ years of international B2B sales experience in software development or technology consulting.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of technology‑driven business transformation (cloud, data, AI, digital platforms, etc.).
- Ability to work autonomously and make sound commercial decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- A consultative, empathetic, and value‑led approach to selling, focused on solving real business challenges.
- Capability to independently build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Work within a global organization that values agility, innovation, and personal growth over rigid hierarchy.
- Collaborate with talented teams across multiple regions and industries.
