About the companyOur client operates in the SaaS space and has an advanced search solution for e-commerce stores, that can be added as a plugin for thousands of webshop platforms such as Shopify, Woo Commerce and similar. It is a highly advanced search solution serving more than 10.000 customers globally that makes it a lot easier for visitors to find the best products, and it increases conversion rates drastically.
Whatwill you do?
- Conduct market research to identify client needs and opportunities
- Develop tailored sales strategies to win new business
- Collaborate with Sales Specialists to nurture and convert leads
- Prepare and present customized proposals and solutions
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts
- Consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue goals
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Highly fluent in German (C2) and English (B2)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Results-driven with a hunger for success and growth
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Quick to adapt and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to work late shifts
- Permanent contract ensuring job security
- €30,000 base salary + uncapped commission (15.000 € OTE)
