As a Meeting planner
, you liaise with clients and lead the organization and management of corporate meetings and events through the implementation of strategy, delivery of objectives and execution of logistics.

• Be responsible for all project budgets from start to finish
• Quote RFPs in the entire national territory
• Operate/coordinate/assist with all kinds of proposals, group events, Congresses and Meetings and Site Inspections throughout Spain
• Build effective working relationships and maintain regular communication with key individuals from all areas of the business, including emailing to potential clients
• Continually build relationships with preferred suppliers
• Maximize client revenue through up selling and promotion of the company’s services. To be continually aware of the departmental targets and client income
• Be Available to travel within the national territory

• Fluent English and Spanish (additional language is appreciated)
• 5 years minimum experience in Incoming Tourism (MICE)
• Knowledge of the “top” destinies in Spain
• Superior attention to detail and first class organizational skills
