Agency Sales Manager

Description

As our new Agency Sales Manager, you will own and expand strategic agency relationships, driving significant advertising revenue across DAZN’s media portfolio. This is a senior role for a proactive, agency-focused sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced sports media environment. You’ll be the face of DAZN at agencies every day, relentlessly prospecting, pitching, and closing high-value, integrated campaigns (OTT/Linear, sponsor ships, branded content, social, programmatic).

This role will be based in our Madrid office.

What

You'll Be Doing:
  • Lead agency engagement: Be the primary contact for top media agencies; visit them daily to strengthen relationships and unlock new revenue streams.
  • Drive new business: Identify and convert opportunities in priority categories; align proposals with sports moments and client objectives.
  • Design and deliver integrated solutions: OTT/Linear, sponsor ships, branded content, social, programmatic partner with internal teams to execute flawlessly.
  • Own the pipeline: Maintain an accurate forecasting and ensure operational excellence with the sellers and Account Managers.
  • Market leadership: Share insights, create category playbooks, and represent DAZN at industry events.
What You'll Bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in media sales, with a proven track record of closing large, integrated campaigns.
  • Deep agency network in Spain; ability to navigate complex structures and secure decision‑maker access.
  • Commercial acumen:
    Expert in pricing, packaging, upselling, and structuring deals for maximum yield.
  • Operational rigor:
    Strong CRM habits, forecasting accuracy, and collaboration with Ad Ops for delivery optimization. Strategic mindset:
    Ability to tie proposals to sports moments and client KPIs.
