What is the project?

Imagine a world where every B2C customer gets the "VIP treatment" instantly. No more waiting 24 hours for a callback or getting lost in a boring email thread. This mission is centered on building sophisticated AI Sales Agents that live on Whats App, qualifying leads and scheduling calls in real-time.

Backed by a €1M pre-seed round and already trusted by heavy hitters like Glovo and Grupo Planeta, this initiative isn't just about building a chatbot; it’s about shaping the "agentic economy." It’s fast, it’s tech-forward, and it’s solving a massive pain point for high-volume B2C industries.

The Role & Its Responsibilities

As the Founding SDR, you aren't just making calls; you’re building the engine. Your mission is to:

  • Own the Spanish Funnel: You’ll be the face of the company for CMOs and CSOs at major enterprises, turning "maybe" into "where do I sign?"
  • Scale Outbound Operations: From Linked In sleuthing to cold calling and local networking, you’ll dominate the Spanish market.
  • Write the Playbook: Since you’re the first sales hire, you’ll document your wins to create the "Sales Bible" for everyone who joins after you.
  • Collaborate with the Visionaries: Work directly with the CEO to sharpen the product-market fit based on the feedback you hear on the ground.

We’re looking for a Growth Architect with a hunter’s heart.

The Must-Haves:

  • B2B Pro: You have 2+ years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS or Tech preferred).
  • Language Master: Native-level Spanish is a must, with English (C1/C2) to keep things moving with the internal team.
  • Funnel Fluency: You understand CAC, conversion rates, and the language of marketing leaders.
  • Madrid-Based: You’re ready to brainstorm and celebrate wins at the central office.

The Nice-to-Haves:

  • Startup DNA: You’ve worked in early-stage environments where "figuring it out" is part of the daily routine.
  • Vertical Intel: Experience in Real Estate, Education, or Insurance is a huge plus.
  • AI Enthusiast: You genuinely think AI is the future (because it is).
