You're a natural when it comes to building trust‑based relationships and negotiating win‑win deals that last. You ask smart questions, dive deep into client needs, and co‑create solutions that tackle real L&D challenges. Clients love working with you because you truly understand their world, sometimes even before they do.
You stay focused under pressure, hit your targets, and see challenges as chances to grow. Whether you're writing, presenting, or in a boardroom, your communication is always sharp and compelling. You think in terms of business outcomes and know how to connect learning solutions to real organisational impact.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, especially in HR solutions;
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or consultative roles in SaaS or EdTech, especially within L&D or HR companies, is highly valued;
- Strong contacts in HR in Spain, Cataluña (especially Barcelona) would be valuable;
- Full professional fluency in Spanish, and excellent English (written and spoken) - Catalan would be a bonus;
- A structured, proactive way of working: you take ownership and get things done;
- Thrives in a team‑oriented and collaborative environment;
- Shares our passion for learning, growth, and continuous improvement;
- Is open‑minded, positive, and curious, bringing creative ideas and solutions;
- Based in Barcelona or Madrid.
