Intern - Sales and Marketing

Internship – Sales & Marketing – Madrid

Franklin Templeton is seeking two interns who are in their penultimate year at university to support our Sales and Marketing teams in the Madrid office. The internship is for 12 months on a half‑day contract (4 hours per day, 20 hours per week).

• Support business development activities for existing clients.
• Prepare presentations and sales materials.
• Respond to client queries promptly and professionally.
• Assist with the organization of external events.
• Support Sales and Marketing initiatives, including anniversary events and campaigns.

• Interest in financial services, ideally with some prior exposure to the sector.
• Currently studying a finance‑related degree for the next two years (graduation date must be 2028 or later).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Fluent in Spanish and effective in English communication (written and verbal).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented mindset.
• Collaborative approach and eagerness to learn.

20 hours per week based in our Madrid office.
