Our Account Management team’s purpose is to make our key accounts grow with Alan. We are looking for someone to help us take care of our growing portfolio of clients. Being a Key Account Manager at Alan means joining a team of talented, committed and passionate experts, with different backgrounds.

The roleAs a Key Account Manager Crew Lead, you will:
- Support the team to:
- Handle a portfolio of companies
- Ensure client loyalty: build and maintain strong customer relationships... quickly identify potential signals of dissatisfaction, identify and implement solutions to answer them.
- Build customer engagement: ensure successful onboarding of new accounts and new users, analyze and present consumption reports... promote Alan partner in health positioning to generate massive adoption by the employees and the admins, turn our best customers into Alan ambassadors, identify and execute out-of-the-box initiatives to engage Alan customers.
- Cross-sell / upsells portfolio based on opportunities detected through customer needs and pain points.
- Renegotiate contracts to guarantee both great value for money to our customers and sustainable profitability.
- Drive change in products and services, and act as the voice of the customers to product and operations teams.
- Support acquisition, by promoting our Key Account Management program to prospects and partnering with Sales teams.
- Tool Development & Optimization – Build and contribute to the development of tools and resources to support team efficiency and effectiveness (e.g., narrative frameworks, Q templates, renewal pricing models, onboarding)
- Stakeholder Management – Ensure alignment and coordination across the Key Account Management team to support and contribute to Alan Spain's overarching business objectives
- Strategic Planning – Proactively plan and forecast team requirements across processes, resources, and headcount, anticipating future needs and scaling challenges
- Talent Acquisition Leadership – Lead recruitment efforts to build and grow a high-performing team
- Lead the renewal campaign.
You may be a great fit at Alan if you have/are:
- At least 6 years of experience in a customer-facing role (Sales, Account Management, Key Account Management, Pre-Sales) with frequent interactions with C-Levels
- Proven experience managing or leading a Sales or Account Management team (3+ years)
- Excellent track record - we are looking for over-performers
- Experience with companies of more than 300 employees
- Passionate about healthcare. Eager to deepen your understanding of health insurance market dynamics, trends, and our products.
- Based in (or willing to relocate to) Madrid or Barcelona.
- Experience in insurance/employee benefits is a plus but not mandatory
