We are looking for an intern for a 3-month internship to work with the Production Specialist to:
- Content planning: Managing the production calendar – capacity, workload management and prioritization for the production part of the overall project.
- Selecting optimal production partners: Depending on the nature of the brief.
- Manage project execution: Overseeing the production agencies, ensuring SLA’s / KPIs and project timelines are met, serving as the point of contact for project delivery related escalations.
- Asset knowledge management: Working alongside librarians to drive asset reuse and promote existing content that performs.
- Production innovation: Working with production partners to promote internally the use of alternative / modern ways to produce content and formats (dynamic, deep fake, AR, VR etc).
- Support regional partner governance: Key partners relationship management, including leading key forums such as Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Operational excellence: Continuously improving ways of working and proactively feeding back.
- Model evolution: Being an active contributor to define the future of the model, identifying opportunities for improvement or to expand capabilities, running pilots and scaling.
- Stakeholders engagement: Managing key communications and key stakeholders engagement to continuously create excitement and drive adoption of the CH.
- Customer satisfaction: Ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Enrolled in a program related to Business, Marketing or similar fields.
- Preferably some experience as a production assistant in shootings / agencies.
- Good knowledge of video / image formats.
- Interest in creation of content.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Highly organized, proactive, self‑motivated, adaptable with a positive attitude.
- Multitasking skills.
- Good communication skills to drive effective collaborations.
- Ability to build relationships with cross‑functional teams.
- Team leader skills.
