  • Define and Execute the Orthopedics Specialties Marketing Plan in alignment with the regional EMEA strategy and guidelines, including product launches, segmentation, pricing, target customer definition, promotional and educational activities, marketing materials, samples, and sales force training needs.
  • Lead portfolio management processes with a tailored approach that fits the Spanish market, including New Product Introductions, lifecycle management, portfolio optimization, segmentation, and positioning.
  • Ensure launch readiness and utilize post‑launch metrics to evaluate and improve execution, fostering strong internal collaboration throughout all stages.

  • On field support by addressing complex customer questions and objections, promoting adoption of sales methodologies.
  • Conduct regular business analytics and monitoring, including sales performance, trends, and profitability.
  • Perform market analysis and research: define market size and potential; explore competitive dynamics, market trends (procedure and product adoption, regulatory and reimbursement changes, etc.); and gather insights and Voice of Customer (VoC).
  • Build strong relationships with KOLs, key non‑clinical stakeholders, and scientific associations, identifying partnership opportunities aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with Commercial Education to train sales representatives on product features, benefits, and objection handling through master classes and role‑playing.
  • Develop and adapt marketing materials to support promotional and educational activities, including omnichannel campaigns.
  • Work closely with Local HEMA and Medical Affairs teams to incorporate clinical and economic impact into the marketing strategy.
  • Build strong relationships with EMEA and Global Marketing teams, leveraging these connections to add value to the local organization.
  • Support the preparation of commercial offers and pricing proposals in collaboration with Sales, and contribute to tender processes by ensuring robust referencing, competitive positioning, and alignment with value‑based pricing strategies.
