Descripción del trabajo
  • Manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting and first contact through negotiation and contract signing - translating customer needs into clear proposals in collaboration Product and Technical teams.

  • Ensure a smooth handover to the Operations team and a successful go-live for every customer.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through the fast-evolving storage market while ensuring strong engagement and satisfaction levels.

  • Build and manage a pipeline of commercial partners — IPPs, utilities and offtakers – that can provide compelling revenue structures to Entrix’s Customers improving bankability prospects.

  • Manage the local relationship with commercial partners in close collaboration with the central function - serve as the go-to point of contact between the local team and the global offtake and partnerships team

  • Source, develop and support on closing offtake contracts between BESS owners and counter parties

  • Represent the company at conferences and industry events, strengthening our visibility and positioning.

  • Support the ongoing development of our offerings by aligning with regulatory changes, market trends, and customer feedback.

Mandatory Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, project origination, key account management, ideally within the energy sector, renewables, trading, or infrastructure finance

  • Experience on PPA origination, energy trading, structured energy sales, or renewable project finance, with aproven track record of originating and closing high-value contracts

  • Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to bridge technical, financial, and legal aspects of complex agreements

  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and excited about building company’s business in a fast-scaling environment

  • High adaptability and comfort with change — you embrace learning and iteration in a dynamic environment

  • Experience
    in BESS, PV and Co-location of renewable projects in Iberia

  • Understanding of the
    financing context
    for infrastructure projects, notably energy and/or renewables financing, in a context of projects needing to secure enough contracted revenues to ensure good bankability
