Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) within Parameta Solutions, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, engaging decision‑makers, understanding their needs, and positioning Parameta’s market‑leading solutions as essential tools for their business. This role is designed for individuals eager to make a measurable impact while accelerating their career in financial technology sales.
Responsibilities- Identify, research, and engage prospective clients, uncovering business needs and creating high‑value opportunities where no existing relationships exist.
- Conduct strategic outreach via calls, emails, and social channels to spark meaningful conversations with senior stakeholders.
- Qualify leads and seamlessly transition them to the sales team, ensuring an efficient and strategic handover process.
- Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline within Salesforce, ensuring accurate data capture and reporting.
- Consistently meet and exceed outbound sales quotas, contributing to Parameta Solutions’ market expansion and revenue growth.
- Essential: Previous success in a sales, business development, or client‑facing role—ideally within financial data, analytics, or fintech. A results‑driven mindset with a strong understanding of sales processes, client needs, and business growth strategies. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build credibility with senior stakeholders. Comfortable using Salesforce or similar platforms to track activity, manage pipelines, and analyse performance data.
- Desired: Understanding of data‑driven solutions within the financial services industry, allowing for more insightful client conversations. Ability to leverage data and insights to refine sales strategies and identify high‑potential opportunities. Experience working within cross‑functional teams to optimise sales outcomes and enhance overall team performance. Thrives in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment with a proactive and solution‑oriented mindset.
