Timberland EMEA is looking for an exceptional Wholesale Manager for our Timberland Iberia team based in Madrid. Founded in 1973, Timberland® is a global outdoor lifestyle brand. We are looking for a strategic and sales-driven leader to shape the evolution of our Wholesale business in Iberia. The role is responsible for leading the regional wholesale business, with a clear focus on accelerating revenue growth across the region through effective matrix management of both direct and indirect teams. The position will drive delivery against country sell-in targets while identifying and unlocking new growth opportunities within the market.
Specific focus on Key Account Strategy.
- Define and drive Iberia wholesale growth, focusing on profitable revenue and market share.
- Elevate key account strategy, strengthening top partnerships and brand presence.
- Unlock new growth opportunities across channels and markets, aligned with sell-in targets.
- Lead regional wholesale strategy and sales execution, driving revenue, market share, and sustainable growth.
- Build and manage key account partnerships, strengthening distribution, segmentation, and market presence.
- Deliver sales plans and forecasts, ensuring alignment with financial targets and inventory planning on monthly and quarterly basis.
- Collaborate across VF matrix to achieve KPIs, supporting commercial and operational excellence.
- Monitor financial performance and partner health, ensuring compliance with company policies and payment discipline.
- Make regular product presentations and business reviews, guiding range selection to optimize assortment.
- Support marketing activation to drive brand impact and sell-through.
- Experience strong experience in sales field, excellent knowledge of the footwear market, relevant and progressive experience in management.
- Demonstrated expertise in market expansion and portfolio optimization.
- Strategic thinker, good analytical skills, excellent communication skills.
- Commercial agility, with the ability to balance brand equity, consumer experience, and financial performance.
- Exceptional collaboration and influencing capabilities, with proven experience engaging and aligning senior stakeholders across Brand, Marketing, Merchandising.
- Background in global consumer, lifestyle, or fashion brands.
- Fluency in Spanish & English; additional European languages are considered an advantage.

€56,160.00 – €70,200.00 EUR annually. This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
