Puesto: Account Executive - (German Market)

We’re Doofinder, we were born to make technology accessible for companies of any size, anywhere, to grow. Since 2011, our team has developed a top search technology for websites and eCommerce, that helps online retailers increase their sales.

We are looking for a self‑motivated and dedicated Account Executive. You will be part of a smart, innovative, and experienced team with a broad range of skills and a really sociable and positive attitude.

You will play an important role in driving our business growth by acquiring new clients. You will contact potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions to meet their objectives via calls and emails. Your responsibilities will include:

New Business:
  • Identify and prospect potential clients within the designated markets.
  • Conduct research to understand client needs, challenges, and pain points.
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients.
  • Collaborate with Sales Specialists to generate leads and convert them into opportunities.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
  • Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospects and clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements to close deals effectively.
  • Continuously monitor sales pipelines, track progress, and provide accurate forecasts. Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives set by the company.
Required Skills and Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, with a focus on SMBs.
  • Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales KPIs (quotas, conversion rates, lead generation targets).
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with a consultative approach to selling.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Hub Spot, Sales Force) and sales automation software.
  • Familiarity with inbound sales methodologies or content‑driven sales techniques.

EU work permit is a must

Nice to Have
  • Experience with in the SaaS industry, particularly in e‑commerce, search, or digital marketing solutions.
  • Has worked in fast‑growing tech startups or high‑growth environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report on key sales metrics and performance indicators.
  • Familiarity with search technologies (e.g., Doofinder) or digital retail solutions.
  • Expertise in market research and competitor analysis.
Languages
  • Native German
  • Fluent in either English or Spanish
