Area Sales Manager – Iberia (m/f)

Location:

Madrid (preferably)

In this position, you will drive profitable growth across Iberia by developing customer relationships, building and managing a healthy pipeline, and ensuring strong cross‑functional coordination to deliver value and execution excellence for customers.

What you will be doing:
  • Own territory execution across Iberia, including account planning, customer coverage (direct, POS customers & distribution network), pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy;

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships (with our direct, POS customers & distribution network) with customer stakeholders (purchasing, engineering, program management, quality, leadership);

  • Identify and structure new business and demand creation opportunities, support design activity and conversion into revenue;

  • Drive commercial discussions with our direct or POS customers (working via our distribution network) and ensure disciplined follow‑up and execution;

  • Provide market & customer intelligence (applications, trends, competitors) and translate it into focused actions;

  • Coordinate cross‑functional resources and if needed align with the Sales Team (Distribution Sales, Key Accounts, Business Development, Customer Experience, Inside Sales) and relevant internal partners (Marketing, Quality, Logistic, Legal,…) to deliver on customer needs;

  • Plan and coordinate activities within assigned local projects/work streams, together with involved management and stakeholders;

  • Track milestones, evaluate progress, and support final acceptance of deliverables where applicable.

What you will bring along:
  • Degree in Electronics or a Commercial/Business‑related field;

  • Proven B2B sales/account management experience, ideally in electronic components, semiconductors, or a comparable technical/industrial environment;

  • Good knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and standard business software (MS Office);

  • Strong commercial mindset, negotiation skills, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders;

  • Structured, proactive, customer‑oriented approach, hands‑on mentality and high accountability;

  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, Portuguese is preferred;

  • Willingness to travel mainly within Iberia.
