This is a partner‑facing position, a seller who grows revenue through and with the channel. Build trusted partner relationships, drive co‑sell, and navigate the partner ecosystem to expand Lenovo’s share.

Key responsibilities:
  • Build and sustain trusted relationships across the assigned partner/ end‑user community.
  • Drive co‑sell and joint go‑to‑market motions that expand Lenovo’s reach and differentiation.
  • Develop joint business and growth plans with partners; track and grow partner‑sourced revenue.
  • Articulate product business value and ROI/ monetisation to partner stakeholders.
  • Navigate the channel network and routes to market; resolve channel conflict fairly and quickly.
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy across the partner portfolio.
What you bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of technology sales, ideally with channel / partner experience.
  • Strong business acumen; able to read partner economics and leading indicators.
  • Proven relationship‑building across partner and end‑customer stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel to partner / customer / industry events.
  • Fluent English required; local‑market language required per country.
